Swiss Re Corporate Solutions: 2023 Producer's Education Conference
The Swiss Re Group is one of the world's leading providers of reinsurance, insurance and other forms of insurance-based risk transfer, working to make the world more resilient. Part of this corporation is Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. The Corporate Solutions section of the company focuses solely on commercial and corporate insurance solutions for business.
The group was having their annual Producer's Education Conference in Sedona, AZ. This conference is held every year to recognize the staff from the year prior for excellence in the field. This trip would take them to the beauty of Sedona, Arizona, known for providing meaningful, enriching experiences and unforgettable moments. Participants would be able to select from a variety of activities for their trip, all while staying in a beautiful canyon-based resort.
The logo for this particular trip was provided to me by an outside source, and a previous designer had already started on parts of the project, primarily just a bit of the POE (program of events). I was tasked with designing the remainder of the incentive items. While having a logo & color scheme already established, it allowed me to further carry across this dessert-like aesthetic, using warm colors such as reds and oranges as well as some occasional greens, giving a great outdoors feel to get participants excited for their upcoming journey. In addition, a unique scripted font was chosen for the main headers of the POE by the previous designer, while the remainder of the assets maintained a clean sans serif font.
The most challenging part of this project for me was laying out the travel wallet. Every surface would be seen by the participant(s) and this was important to take into account while designing. Another challenging aspect of this project was putting together the content of the POE. While the base layout had been established, it was a challenge on its own to incorporate the clients requested information in this particular horizontal setup. Ultimately, this travel incentive package was a success and was highly regarded amongst the client and their travelers.
Unfortunately the only physical sample provided to me from the printer was the POE, however I am confident the digital mockups displayed here are suffice in showcasing these designs in the absence of the physical pieces.
